Team Extends season 3-0 with win v. Martinsville

The FCHS Boys Track and Field team extended its season record to 3-0 with a 95-37 win over Martinsville last evening.  First place finishers for Franklin were Andrew Ballay in the 110 and 300 meter hurdles, Brian Murr in the 100 meter dash, James Pfifer in the 400, Camden MacLennan in the 800, Jake Moran in the long jump, Ty Warner in the high jump, Chris Percifield in the discus, and Reid Abney in the shot put.  Also finishing first was the 4 x 100 relay team of Anthony Scott, James Pfifer, Jake Moran and Brian Murr, the 4 x 400 team of Hunter Chadwell, Andrew Ballay, Austin Morefield and James Pfifer, and the 4 x 800 relay team of Joe Gramse, J.T. Sargent, Alex Grissom and Simon Gamboa.  The team is next in action Friday as they participate in the Decatur Central Twilight Invitational.
