Goodrum Selected To Play In The Hansen Bowl

A number of former Griffin Grasshoppers athletes have been doing exceptionally well at the next level on the gridiron this season.

Chief amongst them is former Spalding High gridiron standout Bernard Goodrum who was named an NCAA Division II Senior All-American this week. Goodrum, who plays at Fort Valley State University these days, has been invited to play in the Hansen Bowl on Jan. 16 in Virginia Beach, Va.

Through eight games this season, Goodrum has 55 total tackles, 3 1/2 tackles for a loss and 1 sack.
