Home » Academics NewsGreenwood students honored for academicsNovember 17, 2012 By Don Sergent of Greenwood High School Western Kentucky University honored 21 students from Greenwood High School for their academic achievements during the annual Warren County Scholars Luncheon held November 16. This year’s group has an average ACT composite score of 29.11 and grade-point average of 3.89 and included many Kentucky Governor’s Scholars and National Merit Semifinalists. The following Greenwood students were honored at the luncheon at WKU’s Knicely Conference Center:Jessica Agro, Brenna Derby, Ernestina Gaspar, Sara Halcomb, Christopher Hardin, Henry Harrison, Amanda Kieffer, Megan Lee, Dakota Madison, Kenton Mobley, Brian Oulay, Steven Owens, Shelley Owens, Shivanni Patel, Joshua Propst, Catherine Rice, Blake Schreiner, Kristina Shaffer, Joseph Stuckey, Isaiah Thomas-Turner, and Alexander Young. ![]()
