Home » Girls' Basketball NewsLamb to play at Florida CollegeMay 22, 2012 By Don Sergent of Greenwood High SchoolMolly Lamb, who ended her Greenwood High School basketball career as the leading scorer in Lady Gator history, will play her college basketball at Florida College in Temple Terrace, Florida. A private church-affiliated school, Florida College will be starting its second season of women's basketball. Lamb, who scored more than 1,700 points in four years at Greenwood, will be joining a team that won eight of 11 games in an abbreviated first season. Lamb led the Lady Gators to four straight appearances in the Region 4 Tournament and one regional runner-up finish. She earned all-district and all-region honors as well as Academic All-State. ![]()
