CHAMPIONS: Lady Gators complete dream season with state title

Greenwood's fastpitch softball team completed the only undefeated season in Kentucky fastpitch softball history, winning the state championship and finishing with a 44-0 record. In five State Tournament games, the Lady Gators allowed only four runs while scoring 42. Pitcher Elizabeth Moss was named Most Valuable Player of the tournament. Senior Angela Adkins won the National Guard's Best & Brightest Award, senior Emily Gravette received a $500 scholarship from Rawlings, and juniors Aeron Smith and Raley Slone joined Moss on the All-Tournament Team.
