2012 - 2013 SEASON RECAP

The 2012-2013 season started out with a lot of promise.  Alex Dobbins was leading the team in scoring a rebounding through the first 9 games.  Alex was scoring 19 points per game and pulling down 12 rebounds per game along with 4 block shots per game.  Unfortunately her season came to end in December versus Park Hill South with a serious knee injury. The Lady Bulldogs had some players step up in her absence.  Carlee Bidondo, Hallie Dixon, Montana Forrest and Simone Jordan all stepped up to show the conference that Grandview Lady Bulldogs Basketball has a bright future ahead.  Late January also marked the return of Drea Lesure who missed the beginning of the season due to a knee injury she sustained during the summer.  The Lady Bulldogs Freshman team had an exciting season as they finished 9-5 for the season finished 2nd in the Fort Osage Invitational Tournament.  Next season should be very promising being led by Alex & Drea along with the young ladies who contributed this season.
