Wrestlers Capture Tournament Title

By Denis Vass of Graham High School The Graham wrestling team complted their conquest of the Mi-State 2-A Conference with a stifling team victory in the league tournament in Reidsville.
As a team, the Red Devils Grapplers racked up 164 points, which proved to be more than enough to beat scond-place Bartlett Yancey's 112 points. Providence Grove and Eastern Randolph finished tied for third with 107 points each. Jordan Matthews finished 5th with 101 points, Cummings 6th with 74 points, and Reidsville 7th with 57 points.
David Santana (126 pounds), Jack Snow (132), Tray Buchannan (152), ans Elijah Whitsett (182) won individual titles for the Red Devils.
Bailey Vaughn (138), Lendon Alexander (160) and Terrance Reed (220) took second place, while Haydn Wiles (145) finished in third for Graham.
