Monday –  Season Opener!!!!!

Guilford City/County Championship at Hagan-Stone

Gents:  5:10

Ladies:  5:40

WE DO NOT LEAVE UNTIL AWARDS ARE OVER…I DON’T CARE WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO.  SUPPORT YOUR TEAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Likely being dismissed at 3:10 and departing at 3:30 pm.

 

Tuesday –  Warm-up, stretch, form drills,

50 – 55 minutes easy.

Ab work

 

Wednesday –  Warm-up, stretch, form drills.

Fartlek run:  3 min easy, 4 min hard.  10 minutes cool down at the end.

No ab work

 

 

Thursday –  Warm-up, stretch, form drills

40 – 45 minute recovery run

Ab work 

 

Friday –  Warm-up, stretch, form drills

65 - 70 minutes trail running.

No ab work.
