Cara Goodwin had her 2nd perfect game of the season as she faced 15 batters with none reaching base.  10 strikeouts as well as helping tremendously at the plate with 2 nice doubles and 2 rbis as well as a walk.

The second frame would get things rolling for Good Hope with Alannah Henke leading off iwth a triple.  Darcie Wilson singled to send Henke across the plate. Maegan Sterling hit a sac bunt to push Wilson to second.  Savannah Fenley walked and Kacy Thomas reached on a fielder's choice leaving bases loaded.  Darby Randolph hit a booming triple to score Wilson, Fendley and Thomas.  Kayla Tillman singled and stole second.  Bailee Andrews scored Randolph on a long fly out to center field.  Tillman scored on a Cara Goodwin double.

In the third inning, Wilson would reach on a walk and get to second on a sac grounder by Sterling.  Fendley walked. Thomas hit a double to send in Wilson.

Andrews got things started in the fourth with a single.  Goodwin slammed a double that scored Andrews then a sac by Henke pushed Goodwin to third.  Wilson hit a sac foul fly out to score Goodwin.  Sterling also singled.

In the final frame, Randolph singled, Tillman doubled and Andrews reach after getting hit with the ball. Randolph scored on a wild pitch.  Goodwin walked to reload the bases.  Henke reached on a fielder's choice as Tillman was forced out at home.

The Lady Raider left no doubt who was in charge routing area foe Hanceville 11-0 in 5 innings to remain undefeated in the area 3-0.

Good Hope will host Vinemont Thursday at Greg 'Pooh' Owen Field.
