Both teams started the contest with stifling defense with a first quarter score Good Hope 4 to Holly Pond 9. At the half the Lady Raiders found themselves down 14-22.

The third quarter found the Lady Raiders blistering Holly Pond 15-5 to have a 2 point edge heading into the last frame.

In the end, Holly Pond won the contest defeating Good Hope 42-47 to end the 3-peat hopes of our Lady Raiders.

This was a very well fought tournament by Good Hope!  The Lady Raiders found excellent play by several players to get to the championship game and also in the title tilt.

Kayla Tillman led the Lady Raiders tonight with 16 points.

Cara Goodwin was next with 11.

Taylor Terry led Holly Pond wiht 16 as well.

This was a heart pounding game for every fan in the gym!  If you weren't here you can watch the archived but not until the season is over.
