The Good Hope Raiders showed some real improvement both on offense and defense as well as special teams.

Sebastian Fendley led the way with great leadership as well as rushing and passing.

The Raider offense was very potent amassing 398 total yards and 11 first downs!

Know for stingy defense, tonight was no different as Good Hope held Holly Pond to one touchdown which was scored by Jacob Jones on a 10 yard run.

The Raiders drew first blood at the 8:50 mark of the first quarter on a 15 yard run by Fendley.  Speakman's PAT was no good.

At the 8:21 mark of the second quarter, the Raiders earned 6 more points when Fendley ran again for 47 yard score.  2 point conversion was no good.

With only 37.6 seconds left in the half, Good Hope's Speakman found a pick six for about 25 yards.  This time Fendley connected with Speakman on the right fade for a 2 point coversion.

The third quarter found 6 more points for the Raiders as Jared McClure scored on an 8 yard run with 8:38 left. Jon Hays Calvert's PAT was good.

With 8:26 Kendall Duke picked up a fumble and scampered 35 yards for a touchdown!

The last score for Good Hope was at the 2:44 mark of the third as Speakman fired off a 40 yard field goal.

If tonight is any indication of the way the Raiders will be playing football this year they will end up with a victorious season!
