SEE THEM ALL!

There is no question about it!  I love football!  There is an excitement inside me that always manifests this time of year!

With the countdown ticker quickly approaching kickoff of the AHSAA 2012-2013 Athletic Season, the aura is in so many sports fan's psyche right now you can feel it, almost see it!

There isn't anything rare about feeling excited about opening day but there is something extremely interesting is this man's story!

Chris Drago first met Steve Martin while selling programs during a Unversity of Alabama game nearly 25 years ago.  The friendship kindled.

Since the first meeting, the duo have met just about every Friday and traveled to the ends of Alabama to watch two teams do battle on the gridiron!

Week after week, year after year, decade after decade they watched the purest form of sport!  High School sports, in particular football.

Between the pair they have seen 377 teams play football in AHSAA sanctioned play.  There are currently 387 team playing so they have 10 to go to fulfill their mission to see every team play.  It has taken over 25 year of dedication to do it.

Praying for Steve's recovery from health issues is heavy on Chris' mind but the mission continues and he intends to complete the mission!

Drago is a delightful man that tells many stories about their travels and teams that they have watched.

When Good Hope faces Winston County, Chris will be there.  Not this year but next.

Raider Sports Network will be excited to interview him during that football game as that could very well be the game that completes the lifetime acheivement!
