Both teams swept their competition with 5-0 records. Congratulations also to Kaleb Schneader and Zach Osman for earning All-Conference Academic Team honors as two of the top scorers in the Varsity tournament. Quiz Bowl continues today after school. We will have an assembly Friday during Advisory to determine the Quiz Bowl champions. ATTENTION STUDENTS & STAFF: Bailey Tann's photo has made the top 5 in the iHigh photo contest and she is in the running for a great prize. The winner will be announced on March 19th. Help her by visiting gominutemen.ihigh.com and cast your vote today! You can vote once a minute. On Monday, March 21st, there will be an informational meeting in the cafeteria about dual credit classes offered at Wentworth this summer. Students must have at least a 3.0 GPA and be a sophomore or junior. Cheer clinics are today and tomorrow from 3:30-6:30. Cheerleading tryouts are Friday at 4:00. 9-11 grade students interested in summer school, pick up a summer school course guide and application from the Career Center. Personal Finance will be offered this summer for 10th-12th grade students. SPRING PLAY AUDITIONS: Tuesday, March 22nd, from 3:00-7:00 p.m. and Wednesday, March 23rd, from 6:30-9:00 p.m. You only have to audition one of the days. The audition will consist of cold readings, so the only thing you need to prepare is a schedule of conflicts to bring to auditions. ALL HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS ARE WELCOME. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE A THESPIAN!!! Coach Davis's Advisory class is having a College Basketball Tournament Bracket contest as a community service project. To play, get a bracket from Coach Davis or one of his advisory students and fill out the bracket. The entry fee for the contest is two canned food items that can be brought in when turning in your bracket. There is no limit for number of brackets per person. The winner of the contest will receive $25 of "Monty Money" with 2nd place receiving $10. Brackets can be turned in up until Thursday during advisory.
