Attention students: Anyone interested in traveling to London, Paris, Venice and Rome during the summer of 2014, please attend an informational meeting Thursday, December 20^th at 4:00 in Mrs. Foree's room. Parents are encouraged to attend.

Do you like to argue?  Would you like to win stuff for arguing?  Would you like to have an activity to put on college applications that is considered IMPRESSIVE?  If you answered yes to any of these questions, you should come learn about debate.  There will be an informational meeting on December 19th at 4:30 pm in Miss Yung's room.  There will be information, snacks, and fun!!!  If you cannot make it on this date but are still interested in debate come see Miss Yung.

The Annual LHS Speech Tournament will be held on Saturday, January 5^th.  All thespians will be needed to work.  If you are not a thespian but would like to help out with this event, please see Mrs. Yung.

The 7^th grade TOP Club is conducting a coat drive to help out the coat-less this winter.  If you have an extra or outgrown coat, it would be greatly appreciated if you could donate it.  Please place your donation in the TOP Club coat box located by the shopping carts by December 19^th.

It's time for the annual LHS READ WRITE WIN Contest! Have you read a book this year? Come in to the library and write a brief review of the book. For every review you write, your name goes in to a drawing. What are the prizes? Gift cards galore! Enter today! Deadline is tomorrow.

Canned food drive sponsored by Student Council will end on Thursday, December 20^th.

A+ tutors your deadline to turn in hours for 1^st semester is Friday, December 21^st.

A+ tutors who are signed up for 2^nd semester need to stop by and see Mrs. Pulverenti by Friday.
