The SHS Bowling team placed fourth at the NIB-12 Championship Meet Monday in DeKalb. The Golden Warriors recorded a six-game team score of 6282. Sycamore claimed the championship with a 6336, followed by Morris and Dixon.
Destinee Howard was Sterling’s top finisher with an 1141, good enough for eighth place overall. Amber Granzow placed 12th (1107) and Samantha Lewis 15th (1071).
Next Up: The Golden Warriors host Rock Island Tuesday at Blackhawk Lanes.
