Sterling High SchoolThe SHS Bowling team recorded a 2669-2062 non-conference win over Galesburg Monday at Blackhawk Lanes.
Destinee Howard rolled games of 202, 194 and 218 for a team-leading 608 series for the Warriors. She was followed by teammates Amber Granzow (579), Brandy Behrens (546), Samantha Lewis (493), and Megan Tintori (443).
Sterling (7-2) won all three games of the match 865-683, 839-671, and 965-708.
Next Up: The Golden Warriors continue a busy week Tuesday at United Township, before returning home Wednesday to host Streator.
