Johnson Falls Short at Sectionals

Sterling High SchoolSHS senior Allie Johnson saw her fine season come to an end Monday at the Normal-University 2A Girls’ Golf Sectional.
Competing as an individual, Johnson shot a 103 in difficult, windy playing conditions at Wiebring Golf Club at Illinois State University. She placed 57th, and missed the state qualifying cut by 11 strokes.
