Warriors Fall to Geneseo in Grass Relays

Sterling High SchoolThe SHS Boys’ Cross Country team fell to Geneseo 23-34 in the annual season-opening grass relay event at Hoover Park in Sterling Tuesday.
The top two relay teams for Sterling were Keaton Dir and Cody Lund and Ethan Rocha and Zach Alston. Dir and Lund finished their six, one-mile alternating efforts in 33:40 and finished third. Rocha and Alston were fourth in 34:12.
