Warriors Blank Vikings

The SHS Girls Tennis team recorded a 5-0 win over Rockford-Guilford Monday the SHS Tennis Complex.

Sterling won four of the five matches in straight sets.  The lone exception was at #1 singles, where SHS senior Hannah Jakobs dropped the first set 6-3, but battled back to win the second 7-5.  She then won the tiebreaker 10-8.

Sterling's #2 doubles tandem of Molly Hendricks and Ashlyn Berogan did not drop a game in winning their match 6-0, 6-0.
