BB: Simmons leads way as Knights clinch division title

Alter clinched the GCL North Division title Feb. 4 by blasting Fenwick 50-39. The victory lifted the Knights to 13-3 overall and 10-1 on league play. The key in this one was stifling defense by Alter in the first half. The Knights held Fenwick to just 18 points on less than 30% shooting. They led 35-18 at intermission. Jaaron Simmons led the way for the Knights with 22 points. He netted 18 of those markers in the first half.
