Alter GBB vs McNicholas

Alter faced a tough opponent McNicholas and came out ready for the contest.  The Knights jumped off to a quick 6-2 lead and extended it to 16-4 at 3:57 and didn't let up.  Alter led 35-13 after one quarter.  McNic battled back in the 2nd off a 9-0 run to pull within 35-22 but the Knights settled back down and held a 48-24 lead at half.

Alter stayed on the right court in the 3rd outscoring the Rockets 19-8 to hold a 67-32 lead going into the fourth quarter and got the 77-41 victory to extend their winning streak to 8 games.  Alter shot 58% from the floor.

Contributing for Alter is Maddie Bazelak with 20 points, 8 rebounds, and 8 steals, Emma Bockrath with 17 points, and Allie Quinter with 11 points and 6 rebounds.  McKayla Patton had 6 assists. 

Alter's JV got back on track with a 39-29 win.  Leading the way was Kara Stephenson with 12 points, Allie Godfrey with 8 points, and Melissa Beach with 9 rebounds.
