QUAKERS HONORED

RICHMOND, Ind. — A pair of Earlham College field hockey players were honored on
Thursday as the North Coast Athletic Conference released its 2012 post-season
awards.

Goalkeeper Emma Treece was named All-NCAC Second Team, while Sam Bielinski received
honorable mention.

Treece led the NCAC in saves with 124 this fall in her final season at Earlham. This
was the second all-conference award for Treece, who was All-HCAC Honorable Mention
in 2010.

Bielinski had five defensive saves for the Quakers, which tied her for second place
in the conference.
