THS Splits Weekend Contests

The Terre Haute South Boys Basketball team split a pair of weekend contests.  On Friday night, the Braves picked up a road win 68-60 over 4A Northview.  Jeffrey Turner had 37 points.  Connor Shipley, Jeffrey Turner and Kevaris Gregory added 6 rebounds.
On Saturday, THS fell at defending 3A state champion Guerin Catholic 59-45.  Jeffrey Turner had 32 for THS.  16-54 shooting hurt the Braves cause.
THS is now 8-8 and plays at Carmel Friday night.
