Boys 3rd, Girls 5th at MIC Swimming and Diving

The Terre Haute South boys swimming and diving team achieved their best finish ever at the MIC Championships (3rd) while the girls team finished 5th at the meet Saturday at Carmel High School.
For THS, Christian Wilhelm won the 200 free and 500 free.  Wilhelm's 500 free time set a new school record at 4:45.4. 
Alex Davis was 2nd in diving.
Grace Padget was 2nd in the 100 backstroke and also set a new school record, while freshman Chandler Bray was 2nd in the 100 breastroke.
THS hosts South Vermillion tomorrow night.
