Baseball tonight in Zearing CANCELLED. Updated Gilbert Baseball and Softball Broadcast Schedule

By Tim Day of Gilbert High School Wednesday Night Baseball in Zearing was cancelled due to a sudden, hard rainstorm. The bus and the broadcast mobile crew has to turn around in Roland and McCallsburg and float back to Gilbert.
The game has been rescheduled for 6 pm Thursday in Gilbert. The non-conference Prairie Valley game scheduled for Thursday will be played Friday or not at all. Neither of these games will be broadcast on iHigh.
- The opening District Softball game Thursday night in North Polk will be broadcast here on iHigh at 6:50.
- Likewise, the opening District Baseball game Saturday night in Story City will be broadcast at 6:50.
