Fridley Attends Minnesota Viking Combine

On Saturday January 7th, three Fridley Football players attended a combine hosted by the Minnesota Vikings at the their training facility in Eden Praire. Sam Musa, Emmanuel Kormah, and Boum Mach attended and competed at the combine. These three athletes were selected to attend because of their hard work and attendance at Fridley's Winter Strength Training Program.

The Fridley athletes met Minnesota Vikings athletes, Joe Webb, EJ Henderson and Anthony Herrera. They were also allowed to tour the Vikings practice facility.

The Fridley athletes all had a wonderful time and did very well in representing for their school. Fridley wowed viewers with their vertical jumps. Sam Musa registered one of the top verticals at 35 inches, followed by Emmanuel Kormah at 33 inches, and Boum Mach at 27 inches.

Thanks to the National Guard for giving local athletes this great opportunity.
