Eagles drop home opener to Lakers

The emotions were high as the Eagles played in the 2012 Home Opener but fell short to the visiting Lakers by a final score of 46-13. Nate Beatty caught a nice 41 yard TD pass from Chandler McDowell to get the Eagles on the board in the 3rd quarter. Beatty would punch it in from 2 yards out in the 4th to cap off the scoring for the Eagles. Brock Baker, Ricky Short, and Brady Elliott were leading tacklers for the defense.

The Eagles look to become ROAD WARRIORS as they travel to Fairfield this Friday and then to Southern Wells (game played at Eastbrook HS) and will travel to Central Noble before heading back home for Homecoming against PH.
