February 23, 2012
Fountain Valley SchoolFor the past two weeks, seven Fountain Valley School of Colorado riders have competed in Tucson, Ariz., at a HITS winter series A-rated show.
The series is comprised of six shows over six weeks, and the Danes competed in two of the shows—the Kachina Classic and the Tucson Winter Classic. The girls road their own horses as well as a number of horses owned by the School. They all rode extremely well and showed their mettle against riders from across the country.
The Danes are ready to take on the largest field ever at the Zone 8 Interscholastic Equestrian Association finals on March 3 at FVS. The Zone Finals determine qualifiers for IEA Nationals.
