The Fisk Bulldogs Men's Basketball team will take on one of the top teams in the NAIA Division I the undefeated and third ranked Freed-Hardeman Lions (16-0) in a non-conference game at home. The Bulldogs lost November 9th 90-76 in a game that was tied at the half. Bulldog junior Cameron Lewis led Fisk with 19 points. Lion forward from nearby Brentwood Kyle Teichmann led his team with a game high 26 points.

"This is another tough test for us," said Bulldog Head Coach Jay Smith. "They are undefeated but we expect to win every game. This would be a nice feather in our cap. We are asking for the Fisk Faithful to come out strong tonight. Their home court advantage was impressive. I would love to hear the HAJ (Henderson A. Johnson Arena) rocking."

Lewis, a junior from Nashville, won the NAIA National Player of the Week last week. He scored his 1,000thcareer point in a game at Tougaloo (Miss.) College a week ago Monday. On this past Thursday he scored 25 points in a loss at Lane (Tenn.) College. Lewis also put on an impressive show in the previous home game against Voohees (SC) College. He hopes to keep his hot streak going.

"Last week was a great week for me," said Lewis. "We have lost our last two games so we need this one bad. The individual accolades are great but I want our team to get better. Tonight is a good barometer for us. We had a great few practices so I think we will be ready."

Game time is 7 p.m. WTNTribune Radio will carry the broadcast. Will Brown and JaQuan Johnson will be calling the game. You can access the station by downloading the TuneIn application and searching for WTNTribune Radio or you can go towww.wtntrib.com .

  • Craig Jeudy scored his career high in his last two home games. Against SUNO he scored 15 points then followed up with 22 points against Voorhees
