Things to be doing this summer for your run

June 23, 2011
By Shawn Maus of Finneytown High School

Hey friends,

Here's some things for YOU for this summer to be doing!

RUN!  We are in the thick of summer conditioning!  Below you will find info for voluntary summer conditioning!  PLEASE take advantage of these morning work-outs with Sam Pearson!  MS students who ran last year can come and be a part of this conditioning as well.

RECRUIT!  We need YOU to recruit YOUR friends or even folks that may not be your friends J!  If you think they could run (which is everyone!), RECRUIT them to be on the cross country team!  We need more folks to run so we can not only field full teams, but also because running will help anyone who gives it a try and it will help build up team spirit!  So, get others out there!

CAMP!  If you haven't already signed up, please do so ASAP!  This camp is going to be AMAZING and we want YOU there!!!  July 11-15!

See ya' soon!!!

WHO? : The goal is to gather dedicated high school boys and girls (9th-12th grade) who are focused on preparing for their fall season, and to give them an outlet for their desire to improve.
