SAFE, a club for student-athletes to learn and excel in the classroom, their school, their community, and on the field will recognize two in season student-athletes each week for the 2011-2012 school year.
The student-athletes are nominated by the teachers, staff, administrators, and coaches of Hoke High School. A panel reviews the nominations and selects one male and one female student-athlete each week.
This week’s winners are Hunter Thaggard, a junior and Logan Wilson, a senior soccer and football player.
Each of these student-athletes will receive a certificate of recognition, a T-Shirt provided by Tolston-T’s, and a meal for two from Aspen Creek Restaurant located at Westwood Shopping Center in Fayetteville.
