Game 1 and 2

December 1, 2010
By Quame Patterson of Hoke County High School

The Varsity Bucks are off to a slow start. They are currently 0-2 but have fought hard against two worthy opponents (Westover, Jack Britt). Westover is coming off a deep playoff run from last year returning all of their main players, including the number 23rd rank player in the Jr. Class (C.J. Ford). Hokes player of the game was Tim Haggie who almost recorded a double-double with 12 pts and 8 assists. Kentrel Black 12 points, Kimane Freeman 11 points, Keith Ricketts 10 points, Billy Brunson 9 points, Jayvione Parker added 6 points, DreShawn Platt 2 points and KaRon McKoy rounded it out with 3 points.

Last night Billy Brunson and Kimane Freeman had 16 apiece, Keith Ricketts had 14, Kentrel Black had 13 and Tim Haggie had 10.
