Game 1 vs Ashley is a home game.  Last season with the help of 11 fumbles, Hoke lost 14-7 to the Eagles.  Ashely ended the season at 4-6 overall.

Game 2 vs Sun Valley is also a home game.  Last season was a shoot-out with Hoke losing 40-35.  The Spartans finished last season at 7-5 and a berth in the NCHSAA 3A State Playoffs.

Game 3 vs Seventy-First is our first away game.  Last season the Falcons defeated the Bucks 47-27.  The Falcons finished the season at 5-6.

Game 4 vs South View is an away game.  Last season in the Turkey Bowl, the Tigers defeated Hoke 39-28 in route to a 2nd round NCHSAA 4A State Playoff exit.  The Tigers finished their season at 9-4.

Game 5 vs EE Smith is a home game.  Last season the Bulls had their way with the Bucks, winning the game 40-14.  The Bulls earned a berth in the NCHSAA 4A State Playoffs and finished with a 6-6 overall record.

Game 6 vs Westover is our Homecoming game and follows our week off.  Last season the Bucks were able to get their first win of the season against the Wolverines. Westover has a new head coach as do the Bucks so this year's game should be an interesting game for our fans.  Last season found the Bucks victorious at 56-14 final score for Hoke's first win of the season.  Westover finished the season at 0-11.

Game 7 vs Richmond is our first conference game and it will be played at Richmond.  The Raiders defeated the Bucks 35-23 in route to a 9-4 overall record and a 2nd round game in the NCHSAA 4A State playoffs.

Game 8 vs Lumberton is an away game.  Last season the Bucks defeated the Pirates 38-21 in a game that was played the day after the head coach resigned.  The Pirates have a new coach this season with ties in Robeson County.  The Pirates ended the season at 1-10.

Game 9 vs Scotland will be a home game.  The Fighting Scots defeated Hoke 38-24 in a game that was hard fought with Scotland pulling away late in the game.  Scotland finished the season at 15-1 losing in the NCHSAA State 4A Championship game.

Game 10 vs Purnell Swett will be the Bucks last regular season home game of the season.  Last season the Rams defeated the Bucks 21-17 in a hard hitting game on a sunny Saturday.  The Rams finished the season at 3-8.

Game 11 vs Pinecrest will be our last regular season game for the year.  Last season the Patriots defeated the Bucks 49-28.  The Patriots finished 11-2 and a first round NCHSAA 4A State playoff game.
