HCHS Players College Bound

February 15, 2013
Hoke County High School

Hoke High School seniors Amanda Priest and Laura Deihl were each awarded athletic and academic scholarships to play soccer for the St Andrews University womens soccer team.   Amanda and Laura have played soccer together since their early days at Hoke County Parks and Rec as elementary students, thru Middle School, securing a Southeastern Conference Championship for East Hoke, heading up the Lady Bucks last year as co-captains for Varsity, as well as wining the Kepner State Cup with their club team in an undefeated season this year.  Both girls will be attending St Andrews University in the fall majoring in large animal veterinary studies.
Here at Hoke County High School we are excited to see what these girls will produce this 2013 season.  With eight returning varsity players it is sure to be an exciting season.  Please make time to come show your support for these ladies. We look forward to seeing you there. GO BUCKS!
