Wrestling Interest Meeting
October 28, 2009 Hoke County High School
29th, at 3:45, in the McDonald Cafeteria. Everyone not still participating with a fall high school athletic team must attend. Important Hydration, Nutrition, and Weight Management information will be passed out. Parents are welcome to attend as well. The meeting will only be about 3 minutes in length as we are passing out team packets and having the wrestlers sign up on the sign-in sheet. See Coach Quick at the meeting.
The last day of Open Mat is this Thursday as well. |
