Home » Football NewsJV Bucks Defeat RamsOctober 19, 2012 Hoke County High SchoolFor most of the game Thursday night at Big Mo stadium the Bucks led. The game was almost boring as there was very little big plays during the game. Hoke led at the half 6-0. The game was tied in the 3rd quarter 6-6. Then at the 2:38 mark the game became exciting. First the Bucks scored to take the lead 12-6. The Rams scored on the first play from scrimmage following the kick off and took their only lead of the night 14-12. The Bucks had a good return on the Rams kick-off and a couple of plays later threw a hitch and go for the winning score. The final score was 20-14. The Bucks host the Patriots of Pinecrest next Thursday night.
