Flippin High School

The Sr. Bobcats' season came to an end on a halfcourt shot at the buzzer by Bergman.  The game was a defensive struggle for most of the game, with Bergman leading by as many as 7 points in the fourth quarter.  A 3 pointer and free throw by Colbie Butcher closed the game to three points.  With 3 minutes remaining,  Eli Barrow hit a corner 3 pointer to close the gap to 2 points.  With 16 seconds left,  Dillon Hargrove scored on a driving layup to give the Sr. Bobcats the lead.  After a timeout, the Sr. Bobcats did an outstanding job of defending the basket as Kleighton Stoner got a deflection that knocked the ball to halfcourt.  A Bergman player picked up the loose ball and heaved a 35 footer at the buzzer that banked in....

We are very proud of our seniors as they showed hustle, heart, and determination throughtout the year. They were team leaders for our team and will be missed.  Thank you..

We are proud of the way our Sr. Bobcats competed throughout the year, battling numerous injuries and illness to have an outstanding season.  Although the season ended sooner than we had hoped, we will continue to work and be ready for another year.
