The Jr. Lady Bobcats moved to the finals of the AAA 1east District tournament by defeating the number 2 seeded Valley Springs Lady Tigers on Friday night at Flippin.  The Girls will now meet Mt. View in the finals on Saturday night at 6:00 PM.
The game started slow for the Bobcats as the Lady Tigers took an 8-5 lead at the end of the first quarter.  The Lady Tigers led 14-9 at halftime.  The Lady Bobcats came out quickly in the third quarter and outscored Vaalley Springs 12-5 to take the lead at the end of the third quarter by two points.  Flippin scored 13 to Valley's 14 in the fourth quarter and won the game by a score 35-33.
Scoring for the Lady Bobcats was Amanda Whitman 14, Hannah Davis 8, Kaylee Wood 7, Taryn Nolan and Bayley Politte each had 2.  The overall record is now 21 wins and 6 losses.
