The Jr. Lady Bobcats made short work of the Lady Panthers by outscoring them 12-2 in the first quarter and then went into the locker room at half time with a 22 to 4 lead. Everyone saw action as the Lady Bobcats finished the game with a 36-8 victory and moves their overall record to 16 wins against 6 losses. Their conference record is now 2 and 2. Scoring for the Lady Bobcats had Amanda Whitman and Hannah Davis scoring 10 each, Bayley Politte had 6, Kaylee Wood had 4 and Taryn Nolan and Megan Loucks had 2 each. The Jr. Lady Bobcats will have another conference game at Marshall on Thursday night. The Sr. Lady Bobcats had a tougher time with the Lady Panthers as foul trouble once again plagued the girls from Flippin, but, a never say die attitude kept them playing hard and prevailing in the end. At the end of the first quarter the score was 11-9 in favor of Flippin, 22-18 was the score at halftime with Flippin on top. A big third quarter put the Lady Panthers over the top as they outscored Yellville 22-12 to go up by 14 at the end of three. Flippin took a little air out of the ball in the fourth and finished with a 48-36 victory. The Lady Bobcat record is now 12-13 with a conference record of 3-6. Demi Hargrove had 15 for the Bobcats, Brittany Crisenbery had 14, Kayla Gussy and Kiley Morris had 6 each Kelsey Jensen had 3 and Courtney and Casey Massey had 2 points each. The Girls will travel to Marshall to take on the Bobcats in a conference matchup on Thursday.
