Falcon Field Information

Falcon Field is an athletic synthetic turf facility for use by the Meriden School District, City of Meriden sports programs, and other teams/organizations that wish to rent the facility for a fee. The facility has a press box, seating for 1,500+ spectators, plenty of parking (access to additional parking if necessary), a combined concession stand/field house, field lighting and includes handicap parking with provisions for handicap access throughout the facility.

Facility rules are as follows:

There is no smoking in the bleacher areas, within the fenced in area or on the walkways surrounding the field.

Jumping or climbing over any of the fences is PROHIBITED.

Consumption of Sunflowers Seeds, food of any kind, gum, sport drinks within the fields fenced in area is PROHIBITED.

Consumption of Alcoholic Beverages is PROHIBITED on the field and school property. If found consuming alcohol within the facility the police will exercise the necessary enforcement in accordance with the law.

Unauthorized personnel are not allowed on the field

Please do not park in areas specifically marked "No Parking". If the curbside is painted yellow do not park there. Certain areas are designated no parking to allow access for emergency vehicles.

There are trash receptacles located all around the complex. Please do not leave your trash behind on the bleachers or walkways. If you leave the field a mess you give the impression that you do not care about the facility and will therefore not be allowed to use it in the future.

Bike riding or skateboarding is not allowed in the bleacher areas and bleacher ramps.

Spectators must not be allowed to pull or tug on the ball containment nets.
