There will be a brief meeting after school TODAY for all Girls in Grades 8-11 who plan to try out for HS Cheer for next year.  Plan to meet in the LGI.  Tryouts will next week.


Attention all Junior High Track and Golf team members:  If you missed last evenings Awards Program, please stop by the Athletic Office to pick up your Awards.


Falcons in Action today:

  • Varsity Girls Tennis defeated Jimtown 5-0 to advance to tonight’s Sectional Championship match;
  • Varsity Boys Track placed 6th in the Sectional.  Congratulations to the following Regional Qualifiers:  Cameron Kitson who won the Pole Vault and qualified in the 110 Hurdles, Morgon Cosby who qualified in the Pole Vault, Nathan Azzarito in the High Jump, Nolan Miller in the 300 Hurdles, along with the Regional Qualifying 3200 Meter Relay team of Alex Oberlin, Nate Miller, Trever Yoder, and Adrian Torres.
  • Varsity Baseball defeated West Noble 20-2;
  • JV Baseball lost to West Noble 5-8;
  • Varsity Softball lost to West Noble 16-0.  Congratulations to Danica Mast and Lairen Miller who combined to pitch the first Perfect Game in FHS Softball history;
  • JV Softball defeated West Noble 11-2;


Falcons in Action this weekend:

  • Good Luck to Varsity Girls Tennis as they travel toGoshenMiddle Schoolthis afternoon for the Championship match of the Sectional.  The Lady Falcons will play NorthWood at 4:30 pm;
  • Varsity Baseball hosts NorthWood today, starting at 5:00 pm;
  • JV Baseball travels to NorthWood today, starting at 5:00 pm;
  • Good Luck to Varsity Boys Golf as they travel to Noble Hawk Golf Club south of Kendallville for the NECC meet tomorrow;
  • JV Softball travels to Concord for a 4-way tourney tomorrow starting at 10am;
  • JV Baseball travels toAngolafor a 4-way tourney tomorrow starting at9 am;
  • Varsity Baseball hosts Churubusco in a single game tomorrow starting at 10 am;


Attention all Girls in Grades 8-11 planning to try out for High School Volleyball:  Open Gyms will continue next Thursday from 6-7:30pm in the Aux Gym.


Attention all Athletes in Grades 7-11 who plan to run Cross-Country this fall:  There will be an organizational meeting for Athletes and Parents next Wednesday, May 28, starting at 5:45 pm in theFHSCafeteria.  This is an important meeting for Athletes and Parents.


Sign-up and Equipment for next year’s 8th grade Football Team will be Thursday May 29th after school.  Mark your calendar!


Athletic Summer Camp Forms for Students in Grade 7-8 are available outside the Athletic Office, by the Pepsi Machines.
