The Ellinwood High School Debate Team earned a plaque for 2nd place in team sweepstakes in a meet held at Lyons and Sterling on Saturday.  Connor Birzer and Jenna Snell won medals for 7th place in the open division at Lyons and Hannah Billinger, Jenna Collins, and Megan Orndoff won medals for 7th place in the JV division at Sterling.  Hannah Maddy, Rachel Doll, Rachel Schloctermeier, Tawny Arndt, and Shiani Hughes all contributed to the team finish.
