The New York Knicks have pulled off a trade with the Sacramento Kings, sending Wayne Ellington, Jeremy Tyler and a second-round pick away in exchange for Quincy Acy and Travis Outlaw, according to USA Today's Sam Amick .

Sacramento has made the deal as a cost-cutting measure and are expected to waive Tyler and use the stretch provision on Ellington, which would wipe his $2.77 million off the salary cap. As part of the deal, Acy will have his deal guaranteed for next season.
