Player of the Week

Amanda Wagner, Indiana

Sr., IF, Burbank, Ill./Queen of Peace

*         Led Indiana to a perfect 3-0 weekend, going 7-for-9 to finish with a .778
average

*         Went 3-for-3 against Toledo, belting two doubles and driving in a run

*         Reached base at a .778 clip and slugged 1.333, combining for an OPS of 2.111

*         Wins her second Big Ten Player of the Week honor and first this season

Pitcher of the Week

Sara Driesenga, Michigan

So., RHP, Hudsonville, Mich./Hudsonville

*         Earned three wins over ranked opponents, giving up just three earned runs
and striking out 11 in 17.2 innings

*         Went seven innings with four strikeouts and one earned run in a win
against No. 18 Washington

*         Surrendered one unearned run with three strikeouts in a win against No. 14
Arizona, and 2.1 hitless innings in a win over No. 2 Arizona State

*         Wins her first career Big Ten Pitcher of the Week honor and third weekly
award overall

*         Last Michigan Pitcher of the Week: Haylie Wagner (May 14, 2012)



Freshman of the Week

Cammi Prantl, Ohio State

OF, Ashville, Ohio/Teays Valley

*         Hit .560 (14-for-25) with one double, eight runs scored and five RBI,
helping Ohio State to a 6-1 record on the week

*         Recorded five multi-hit games, including two 3-for-3 efforts, and scored
at least once in five contests

*         Wins her first Big Ten Freshman of the Week honor
