Player of the Week

Kyle Schwarber, Indiana

C/OF - So. - Middletown, Ohio - Middletown



*         Hit .714 (10-for-14) with one double, a home run, four runs scored and
four RBI as Indiana went 2-1 against nationally-ranked Florida

*         Recorded two four-hit games, including a 4-for-4 outing in the series opener

*         Went 4-for-5 with one home run, one double, two RBI and two runs scored in
the rubber match

*         Reached base at a .733 clip and slugged 1.000 over the weekend

*         Earns his first career Player of the Week award and fourth weekly accolade
overall

Pitcher of the Week

Tom Windle, Minnesota

LHP - Jr. - Maple Grove, Minn. - Osseo



*         Tossed a complete-game no-hitter to lead Minnesota to a 3-0 win over
Western Illinois

*         Struck out eight and walked one in nine innings of work

*         Became the first Gopher to pitch a no-hit game since 1993 and first to
throw a nine-inning no-hitter since 1933

*         Earns his first career Pitcher of the Week award and third weekly honor
overall

Freshman of the Week

Jacob Bosiokovic, Ohio State

3B/OF - Delaware, Ohio - Hayes



*         Batted .545 (6-for-11) with three home runs, nine RBI and three runs
scored as Ohio State went 2-1 over the weekend

*         Had six RBI in an 11-0 win vs. Harvard, going 4-for-5 with two home runs
and two runs scored

*         Went 2-for-3 with a round-tripper, three RBI and a run scored in a 5-3 win
over Ball State

*         Collects his first weekly conference award
