WHO WILL BE TRADED IN THE NBA?

The NBA trading deadline is Thursday and according to some NBA experts, there will be several deals done by tomorrow.   The Celtics say they will not trade Rajon Rondo or Paul Pierce and Kevin Garnett has a no trade clause so he will stay in Boston.   Boston is in the running for Atlanta Forward Josh Smith but it may take trading Pierce to get him.  Here are a few of the top names being mentioned in trade talks:

Josh Smith, Atlanta Hawks.  Smith is in the last year of his contract so the Hawks are wanting to get something for him now.

Paul Milsap, Utah Jazz.   Many teams are looking for a big man and Milsap is available.  He too is in the final year of his contract and the Jazz want to get younger.

Al Jefferson, Utah Jazz.  Another big man available.  Great rebounder in the final year of his contract.

Richard Hamilton, Chicago Bulls.  Could be had for a 2nd rounder and has playoff experience.

Eric Maynor, Oklahoma City.   Now a third stringer,  looking for a team with more PT available.

Ben Gordon. Charlotte.  Has a bad contract, is giving little production in Charlotte and wants out!

Eric Bledsoe, LA Clippers.   The Clippers need a big man and Bledsoe is available.

J.J. Redick, Orlando.  Redick has value as a shooter and the Magic are rebuilding.

Iman Shumpert, New York Knicks.  NY is challenging Miami in the East and are looking for a shooter.

Marcin Gortat, Phoenix.  He wants out of Phoenix and the Suns want him out.  Phoenix is still rebuilding.

Will Bynum, Detroit.  Bynum is available after the Pistons acquired Jose Calderon.
