DEVILS GET WIN

The Richmond bowling team won the Mid-Indiana Sectional title at Do Ri Me Lanes thanks to games of 1,008 and 1,046.

The Red Devils had a 15 game total of 2,953 for the top seed.

New Castle (2,763) took the second seed.

Centerville took the third seed with a 2,612 total.

Winchester (2,604) claimed the fourth to advance to next weeks Muncie Regional. 

Adam Spencer of Centerville was the high qualifier with a 697, while Bulldogs Trent Gentry (669, third), Jacob Thompson (654, fourth) and Brady Wagenknecht (650, fifth) of Centerville also advance.

For Richmond, Kevin Plyley (672) was second, Blake Dunham (629) was sixth, while Cody Smith (628) was eighth, Travis Morris (618) 10th and Stephen Lakes (597) 13th.
