Shanahan walked onto the field screaming at replacement officials during a chaotic finish to the Redskins' loss to the Cincinnati Bengals. Kyle Shanahan later chased replacement officials into the tunnel after the game's bizarre finish, berating them with a series of expletives, according to several reports. Shanahan, head coach Mike Shanahan's son, issued a statement Monday, explaining the penalty, which pushed the Redskins to midfield on the game's final drive. "I know that I need to handle those situations better in the future," he said. "My emotions got the best of me, and I know it's my responsibility. This will never happen again." http://www.indystar.com/usatoday/article/57842624&usatref=sportsmod?odyssey=mod|newswell|text||p
