Home » Football NewsFive things to watch in Colts preseason openerAugust 11, 2012 Eastern Indiana SportsComing to an NFL stadium near you: The Chuck and Luck Show. After an offseason of major roster renovation and two weeks of training camp, the Indianapolis Colts finally show what they're all about Sunday afternoon at Lucas Oil Stadium. The St. Louis Rams are in town for each team's preseason opener, but few in the sellout crowd will pay attention to the opposing sideline. This is the Colts' next major step forward. There will be no lack of curiosity, or anxiety, as first-year coach Chuck Pagano, his rookie quarterback -- that would be No. 1 overall draft pick Andrew Luck -- and a rebuilt roster offer a glimpse of the progress they've made. "There's always the unknown, the fear of the unknown, so to speak," first-year general manager Ryan Grigson said. "I know this: we're going to play hard. If anyone's going to make a mistake . . . (he'll) make it 100 miles an hour. "We've come such a long way in this whole process and to actually see the product out there on the field against another team in a different color jersey, it's exciting. I can't fake that."
