Colts Camp: How many plays will Andrew Luck see in pre-season opener?

ANDERSON, Ind. — It’s just the middle of the week, but Indianapolis Colts fans are already asking how long rookie quarterback Andrew Luck will play in Sunday’s NFL preseason debut.
The Colts say they have yet to decide, but the best guess is Luck will play at least the first half.
That’s based on offensive coordinator Bruce Arians’ Monday suggestion of a couple dozen plays. “We’d like to get in 20 plays, maybe 25,” he said.
One half would be consistent with Peyton Manning’s workload as a rookie in 1998.
